Last Friday I organized a Sportsday for the kids in Noah's class
I had never done a sportsday for 4 year olds, but it went really well and the kids had a blast.

With the help of Lance Murgatroyd ( Liam's dad) and some other parents, we did 3 actvities with the kids and in between there was a break for them with healthy snacks and drinks.
The highlight for the kids was, without a doubt, the Sponge Ball Throwing.
In this event they were supposed to throw a wet sponge ball at dads, teachers or at other kid's faces. The 'victims' had to put their heads through a hole in a board. It was hilarious and the kids just loved it!

Just check out the pictures and see for yourself.
At the end of the day there was some kind of awards ceremony and all the kids got a gold medal for their efforts.

Noah asked me if we can do Sports Day again this week........
I don't think so....I am still recuperating.....
